Information on non-smoking throughout the hotel (banquet hall and bar lounge)

Thank you for your continued support of Hotel Nord Otaru.

Due to the strengthening of measures against second-hand smoke, the hotel will prohibit smoking in the banquet hall and bar lounge from April 1, 2020.
This will quit smoking in all halls except designated smoking areas.

■ Smoking cessation includes all electronic cigarettes and heated cigarettes.
■ All guest rooms and restaurants are already non-smoking.


There is a designated smoking area on the first floor.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by smoking, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we may smoke in designated areas.
